JOB TYPE: Full-time (Monday-Friday; Every weekend; Day shift); MUST be a U.S. citizen.
OVERVIEW: Address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
- Record customer information accurately in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of IP networking experience.
- Prefer IT background, specifically in Home Cable Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Zendesk, Ubiquiti, and AP troubleshooting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
