Mommy Jobs Online (https://mommyjobsonline.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Technical Support Associate to work remotely in the U.S.
Work from home customer service opportunity with a wonderful, mission driven telecommunications firm! This company gives a percentage of revenue used to fund progressive social change work.
In this role, you will help members with questions regarding account and device changes, billing questions, and technical support. This will largely require interacting with members over the phone, but may also include other channels such as email or chat.
Respond to inbound calls from existing Members as their Advocate by resolving the reason for their contacts through problem-solving and education
Listen and interact with each member, and able to set clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication resolving customer concerns on the first interaction.
Connect and relate with each Member to create a positive interaction/experience, and be able to introduce products or services that will make the Member's experience even better where applicable.
Manage time effectively through adhering to schedules, and work to provide the best possible customer service to our Members.
A high school graduate, or an equivalent degree.
Experience with mobile smartphones and how they work.
A strong belief and alignment with progressive causes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adhere to regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
PAY: $17.00-$17.50 per hour with full benefits
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. Willingness to work a weekend day as well as weekdays, the schedule needed, and overtime as necessary.
