Primary responsibilities include:
- Editing all dictated letters, reports, and other documents received from the physicians, nurses, and Office Manager in a timely manner by listening to dictated tapes and typing the documents in a Windows based, Word program to ensure proper transcription of dictation.
- Downloading and uploading daily transcription from CBay Report Pro
- Completing testing reports using FileMaker Pro database software and/or Microsoft Word
- Establishing and maintaining an efficient file management process for document retrieval through organized computer data files to ensure efficient and complete chart processing and a timely and inclusive response to requests for information.
Pay: $20 to $60 per audio hour
