OVERVIEW: Receive inbound calls and maintain patient relationships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Field and respond to member inquiries primarily via telephone and email.
• Guiding patients through onboarding, product education, and general troubleshooting.
• Drive conversion by educating leads on products, pricing, and onboarding questions.
• Responding to emails from patients and leads.
• Processing orders with opportunity for additional up-sell.
• Following up with leads for required documentation.
• Contacting pharmacies for any prescription issues.
• Setting up consultation information for physicians.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, sales, etc.
• Will have on-the-job training.
• Must be available long term and ready to start immediately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, reliable broadband Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
