JOB TYPE: Part-time (20-30 hrs. per week; late afternoon to 8:00 pm is especially needed); Monday-Friday; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
OVERVIEW: Receive inbound calls and maintain patient relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Field and respond to member inquiries primarily via telephone and email.
- Guiding patients through onboarding, product education, and general troubleshooting.
- Drive conversion by educating leads on products, pricing, and onboarding questions.
- Responding to emails from patients and leads.
- Processing orders with opportunity for additional up-sell.
- Following up with leads for required documentation.
- Contacting pharmacies for any prescription issues.
- Setting up consultation information for physicians.
ESSENTIAL PROFILE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, sales, etc.
- Will have on-the-job training.
- Must be available long term and ready to start immediately.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, reliable broadband Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
