- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales techniques and market dynamics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
