ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing sales techniques and market dynamics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
