Remote Exec Assistant
Mommy Jobs Online (https://mommyjobsonline.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Exec Assistant to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Full-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- Provide essential administrative support that helps keep our company functioning smoothly.
- Effectively coordinate schedules and communication while providing excellent customer service to our clients. While maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude, you answer questions from customers and resolve any issues they have.
- To keep customer information and interactions organized, you create and regularly update spreadsheets for every client.
- Assist management by coordinating meeting times, presentations, travel schedules, and accommodations as well as organizing calendars and client correspondence via emails and phone calls.
- Conduct market research to gain an insight into what consumers are interested in and report your findings back to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2/+ years of experience working as a virtual assistant or other relevant position. Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role would be a bonus.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft 365.
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
SALARY: $12.00-$25.00 per hour
