JOB TYPE: Full-time; Weekends as needed. Day shift. Monday-Friday. MUST be a U.S. citizen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems associated with the servicing of company’s client base.
- Answer all basic and routine customer contacts, as well as more complex customer problems and/or complaints.
- Utilize computer applications to provide professional service.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- High school diploma as a minimum.
- Prefer college degree and above or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1 or more years Treasury and/or Wealth Management experience is preferred.
- Experience working with ACH and Wire Transfer, related bank services, and applications with small business, commercial, and corporate customers.
- Experience working in a branch, operations, customer service, or other commercial banking or wealth management areas is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
