Recruiter Search Consultant – Work Remotely
Professional At Home Jobs (https://professionalathomejobs.com) is now in search for a Recruiter Search Consultant to work virtually in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Monday-Friday; Flexible; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- Recruit candidates for open positions but also have the opportunity to establish partnerships with companies.
- Identify potential growth opportunities with companies, explain the services to clients, and negotiate contract terms.
- Maintain communication with companies throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
- Previous recruiting or business development experience is not required.
- Willing to consistently perform a GPA outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree is preferred but is not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Highly proactive and internally driven.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Effective negotiation skills and must be coachable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
