We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients and traditional methods to create products that stand out in flavor and quality.
JOB OVERVIEW:
This role offers the flexibility to work from home, set your own schedule, and be your own boss. You will be responsible for selling our products at vendor booth shows and through various other networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively promote and sell artisanal pickles, jams, salsas, butters, and relishes through various sales channels, including markets, events, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Monitor inventory levels, track sales, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct tastings and demonstrations to educate customers on the unique qualities and flavors of the products.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to keep offerings competitive and appealing.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or GED. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong understanding and passion for artisanal foods, including pickles, jams, salsas, butters, and relishes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and promote products.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Capable of managing inventory, tracking sales, and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Adaptable to different sales environments, including markets, events, and online platforms.
