So that is what we do.

We source, hire, and train, the top 1% of customer service professionals. And then, together, we work with our team of customer service professionals to delight our clients’ customers.

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and empathetic customer service professional to join our growing remote team!


  • Help customers via email, chat and/or phone to ensure they have the best possible experience.
  • Triage and resolve customer support inquiries/issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Take ownership of issues and see them through.

PAY: $19.54 per hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internet, computer, phone, and a home office set-up.



• You must have at least 1 year of online customer service experience in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

• You must love golf and have a passion for the game.

• You must be knowledgeable about golf equipment.

• Comfortable and able to provide phone support.

• Experience with Zendesk or any other Helpdesk software.

• Experience with Slack or any other online communication tool.

• Experience providing online customer service for e-commerce companies is a plus!

• Remote work experience is a plus!

• You must be able to type quickly and accurately, communicate clearly, and empathetic.

• You must be a tireless team-player, have a proven record of showing up on time, and are driven to solve problems.
